14-day return right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act
Right of return
As a consumer, you have 14 days after receipt to return goods without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
Conditions:
- Product unused, in original condition
- Packaging and labels intact
- Proof of purchase
Excluded products
For hygiene reasons, used knee pads or items showing signs of use cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

Size exchange
Contact us within 14 days if your desired size is available.
Defect or damage
Report within 3 days with photographs. We will replace or refund in full.
