1. Definitions

Seller — StrongStep (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 2021/384729/07, 42 Sandton Drive, 2196 Johannesburg.
Buyer — natural or legal person placing an order on the Site.
Product — sports knee pads and accessories presented on the Site.

2. Subject

The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product; the Buyer to receive and pay for it in accordance with these terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the offer.

3. Prices and payment

Prices in South African Rand (ZAR), 15% VAT included
Price fixed at the time of order
Payment: EFT, credit/debit card, SnapScan / PayFast

4. Delivery

See Delivery. Timeframe: 3–5 business days nationwide.

5. Right of return

See Returns. 14 days to return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

6. Product description

StrongStep knee pads are sports accessories and are not medical devices. Information on the Site does not replace medical advice.

7. Advertising

Pages may be identified as «Advertisement». The Site may be promoted via Outbrain, Taboola, MGID, Mediago.

8. Disputes

South African law applies. Jurisdiction: courts of Johannesburg. Alternative dispute resolution: National Consumer Commission, Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
